*Please allow up to 4 weeks for production and delivery on ALL items/orders. Inquiries made on outstanding orders that have not been received within this 4 week time period may not receive a response due to the volume of orders and communications that we facilitate. You will be notified via email with a delivery confirmation that contains a UPS or USPS tracking number.
*All sales are final on hats. Requests for exchanges, replacements or refunds will only be allowed in the case of an order containing an item that is received in error (incorrect size, color, style, etc.) or that is damaged.
